Evans Roofing Company, Inc. and its subsidiaries recently received Construction Quality Management (CQM) certification from the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) and the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC). The purpose of certifying contractors in “Construction Quality Management” is to familiarize all quality management personnel with the Construction Quality Management policies and procedures while working under contract at all Army and Navy properties.
