Fill in existing metal roof panels adding additional ISO for code requirements. Install Sikaplan 60 mil PVC membrane with a 20-year warranty. New York winter weather stopped us from starting earlier than expected. Once weather gave us a window of opportunity to work this project was completed in 12 days. Field measured gutter for the rear of the building with downspouts matched the brown metal details. Another challenge was attaching wood blocking to the solid structure below the deck line while tying in the new edge metal with the existing edge metal to match. Locating purlins for seam fastening was a bit of a challenge.
